Saltwater Disposal
Saltwater Disposal Filtration
A saltwater disposal well is a disposal site for water collected as a byproduct of oil and gas production.

After oil and gas are separated and treated, the leftover saltwater must be handled carefully. Companies inject it back into a well for secondary recovery or dispose of it at an SWD site.
Coleman offers a string wound depth filter that replaces the #2 bags and socks common at saltwater disposal sites, both commercial and operator-owned. These filters extend time between change-outs, reduce cost per barrel, and protect wells, pumps, and pipelines.
